United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon is going to attend the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Ceremony on August 6, 2010. He will be the first UN chief to attend the ceremony.
Unfortunately, however, Ban Ki-moon is probably Japanese. Nowadays, in South Korea, both the president and the UN secretary general are Japanese.
This year, August 6 is something special for the Japanese government. August 6, 2010 is June 26 according to the traditional Japanese calendar. The day represents the curse of a popular scholar, Sugawara no Michizane. The Japanese government tries to pay off a grudge against US.
Among South Korean presidents, Roh Moo-hyun and Lee Myung-bak are Japanese. And there were strong possibilities that Japan was involved in the death of two South Korean presidents, Park Chung Hee and Kim Dae-jung.

Former UN Secretary General
Kofi Annan
Since he became UN secretary-general, he has reeked of Japan very much. As had been expected, he was involved in a large scale fraud. I believe he is Japanese. It reveals that there is a variety of Japanese (particularly the Tokugawa clan) also in African continent.

Another Meiji Restoration
Japan is plotting another Meiji Restoration. It is said that the corrupt Tokugawa shogunate was toppled by the united samurai revolutionary group in 1867. However, it has turned out that the revolution was a mere staged event. In fact, the new Meiji government was no different from the Tokugawa shogunate. Far from it. The Tokugawa clan got stronger power to control not only Japan but also the world.
This time, corrupt Japan will implode on itself. Then the UN will take over the Japanese government by moving its headquarters from New York to Tokyo. However, someday the human beings will see the Tokugawa clan in every corner of the headquarters. Maybe it will be too late.
